We attempt to be as accurate as possible in the presentation and description of the products. However, due to different settings or performances of computer monitors or printers, photographs can and may differ from the real appearance. We cannot guarantee that your computer’s display of the colours accurately  reflects the colour of the products.

In order to use the Services you must be over 18 years of age.

2. Orders and Payment
When you order an item from FAIR.PT you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms. The customer has to be in possession of an e-mail address and a bank account or one of the following forms of payment: PayPal, bank transference or ATM reference. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of instructions on the website. 3. Prices
All of the prices of the products are in Euros and are clearly indicated in the website and are understood as being inclusive only of VAT, tax rate in our country (Country of Origin – Portugal). They do not include any additional taxes, duties or fees regulated by any applicable legislation, such as import regulations. If necessary, the customer will therefore provide for customs clearance of imports and pay the duties and taxes (other than VAT), which may be due in the country of importation.

4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods.

The estimated delivery times of the products is stated in our website at Orders & Shipping. FAIR is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

5. Returns
You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of order receipt. Please take the time to read the Returns Policy on our Returns & Exchanges page.
